About Me
Hi, I'm Vishal — a Full Stack Software Engineer.
I have 4.5+ years of experience building web applications from the ground up. I've never been the kind of developer who stops at writing code — over the years my work has naturally grown into architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps, because I like owning a system end to end and understanding why it behaves the way it does in production.
Day to day, I design and develop scalable web applications, build REST APIs, and manage the databases behind them. I handle the deployment side myself — setting up servers, configuring CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining separate dev, QA, UAT, and production environments. A big part of my work is finding what's slow, expensive, or manual and fixing it: I've cut cloud infrastructure costs by 30–35% through instance optimization while improving performance, and replaced repetitive manual processes with automation that saved hundreds of hours.
Alongside development, I lead a small team, review code, mentor junior developers, and take part in hiring. I hold an MCA (2025), which I completed while working full-time. I'm always curious about new technology and enjoy learning things that make systems faster, cheaper, or simpler.

Nov 2022 — PresentOwn end-to-end delivery of enterprise web applications used daily across multiple business locations — from requirement analysis and system architecture through development, deployment, and production support.
- Architected an in-house field-force management platform with JWT-authenticated REST APIs, replacing two paid SaaS products.
